At Poppy's Patina, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
